VIEW MY ORDERS- Sign in. Enter the email address you used to place your order, then verify it with the code you receive.
- Choose your order. Open it from your order list to see its current status.
- Track your delivery. Once we dispatch your order and add tracking details, you can find them on the order page.
You can also open your order using the link in your order confirmation or shipping email.
When will your order arrive?
Estimated arrival for physical items: within 6 business days of payment. We dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery takes up to another 3 business days after dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Tracking details may not be available until your order is dispatched. This does not mean we have not received your order.
Gift cards are delivered by email. They do not require physical shipping or parcel tracking.
